As a Team Leader Operations at Leksand Sommarland, you help create the clean, safe, and welcoming environment that our guests encounter every day. You lead a team of Park Hosts responsible for order, cleanliness, and minor repairs, everything that makes the park run smoothly and look fantastic. Here, you combine leadership with practical work in operations and ensure that the team works efficiently, safely, and with high quality.

Main Responsibilities

• Lead Operations Hosts and ensure smooth operations

• In addition to daily tasks, plan the workday for the team based on needs, guest flows, and priorities

• Daily coaching and supporting employees in work and safety routines as well as priorities

• Work operationally in operations daily

• Perform minor repairs and participate in small construction projects

• Create security and safety in the team through clear communication and support

• Continuous check-ins with the Operations Manager

• Conduct exit interviews with employees

Your Profile

We are looking for someone who is structured, proactive, and has a keen eye for order and quality. You enjoy practical work, are solution-focused, and have an easy time motivating and leading others. You thrive in a role where you can combine responsibility and leadership with being active in the park. You are meticulous, efficient, and have experience in similar work. Previous experience in leadership is an advantage. Since the role involves daily communication with both colleagues and guests, you speak fluent Swedish and English. A driving license (B) is required.

We will place great emphasis on personal qualities.

What can we offer?

Working hours vary; there will be work in the morning, daytime, evening, and weekends. The employment is a seasonal position at 80-100% and the summer season runs from April/May to August. Salary and other conditions according to the collective agreement with Vista-HRF Gröna riksavtalet. We offer staff accommodation and also have a staff camping area for those with their own van, caravan, or tent.

The amusement park Leksand Sommarland in Dalarna is a real adventure for families with children during the summer. Inside the gates awaits a wide range of activities and attractions. Some of our most popular attractions include the Wipeout course in Siljan, Lasertag, high ropes courses for big and small, and of course our Waterland with heated pools and winding water slides. Our 250 summer youth welcome up to 6000 guests per day.
